Project fee
A defined engagement with a defined end: a sourcing mandate, a market assessment, a certification file. Fixed fee, fixed deliverables, agreed in writing before we begin.
Services
Three mandates, one corridor. Two of them move goods and brands east; the third moves European manufacturers into markets they have circled on a map for years and never entered. Each one is run by named specialists on both shores, and each one ends with something you can hold: a contract, a certificate, a container.
For buyers in the Gulf and Syria
European quality without building a European procurement department.
Importers, contractors, retailers, hospitals and industrial buyers in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Syria who know what they want to buy but do not have the language, the registry access or the time to find out which European factory is worth a purchase order — and which one is a trading company with a website.
For merchants who want the agency
You do not want to buy the product. You want to be the name behind it in your territory.
Merchants, family trading houses and established distributors in the Gulf and Syria who have the warehouse, the sales force and the customer list, and want a European brand to appoint them — exclusively, in writing, for a defined territory.
Registered commercial agencies in Saudi Arabia and the UAE are reserved for nationals and wholly nationally-owned entities. We work inside that reality rather than around it: we structure the agreement so the exclusivity is real and enforceable, and we bring in local counsel to register it correctly. Where a market's law makes a promise impossible, we say so at the first meeting.
For European manufacturers
Gulf demand is not the hard part. Being represented properly is.
European manufacturers — German Mittelstand engineering, Portuguese producers, and makers anywhere in the EU — who have identified Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar or Syria as a market, and have no distributor, no Arabic documentation and no one who can sit in the meeting.
Compliance note. Targeted EU and US sanctions remain in force against named individuals and entities, and export controls still apply to certain goods. We screen every counterparty against the EU consolidated list and the OFAC SDN list, and we structure each transaction for full compliance.
How we are engaged
We publish no rate card because we have never seen two mandates that were the same. What you get before any work starts is a written proposal with the fee, the scope, the deliverables and what is explicitly out of scope.
A defined engagement with a defined end: a sourcing mandate, a market assessment, a certification file. Fixed fee, fixed deliverables, agreed in writing before we begin.
For ongoing programmes — a monthly retainer with a reduced commission on volume, for buyers running continuous procurement or manufacturers building a region.
For dealership acquisition. The fee triggers on a signed distribution agreement. If no agreement is signed, there is no success fee.
Our pledge
An agent who invoices you and also collects a rebate from your supplier is not your agent. We take no hidden supplier-side commissions: no rebate, no kickback, no “marketing contribution” from the factory we recommended to you.
We will state that in writing for any engagement, on request. Our fee comes from one party, so our judgement belongs to that party. It is the cheapest promise we make and the one that decides whether the rest of this is worth anything.
