Who is responsible

EuroEast Gateway, a team of trade specialists operating across Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Syria, Portugal and Germany. For this website and for data protection questions, reach us by email: info@euroeastgateway.com.

What we collect

• From the contact form: your name, your email address, and your message. Optionally, your company name and your phone or WhatsApp number, and the category of request you selected. A hidden field records which language version of the site you used, so we reply in the right language.
• From email or WhatsApp: whatever you choose to send us.
• Server logs: our hosting provider records standard request data, including IP address, user agent and the page requested, for security and to keep the site running. We do not use these logs to profile visitors.

Why we use it

To read your request, reply to it, and carry out an engagement if you ask us to. We do not use your data for marketing. We do not run a newsletter. We do not sell, rent or share your data with anyone for their own purposes.

Legal basis (GDPR)

Article 6(1)(b) — steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and performance of a contract. Where that does not apply, Article 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries addressed to us.

Where your data goes

• This site is hosted by Netlify, and the contact form is processed by Netlify Forms. Netlify is based in the United States, so a form submission is transmitted to and stored on infrastructure operated by a US processor. Transfers are covered by the standard contractual clauses and equivalent safeguards Netlify applies to its customers in the European Economic Area.
• Form submissions are also forwarded to our own email inbox, which is where we work with them.
• That is the complete list. There is no CRM, no analytics platform, no advertising pixel and no third-party embed on this site.

Cookies and tracking

None. This site sets no cookies of its own, loads no third-party scripts, embeds no fonts from a remote server — the fonts are served from this domain — and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. That is why you are not looking at a cookie banner.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to work: deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to an engagement: kept for as long as the engagement runs and afterwards only where a legal or commercial retention obligation applies. You can ask us to delete your data sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you have the right to ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to our use of it, and to receive it in a portable format. Write to info@euroeastgateway.com and we will respond within one month.

Complaints

If you believe we have handled your data badly, tell us first — we would rather fix it. You also have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority in the EU or EEA country where you live or work.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version appears on this page with a new date at the top. We do not change it quietly.
