Trade specialists · Europe to the Gulf and the Levant
Europe to the Gulf and the Levant. One team on both shores.
We source European manufacturers for buyers in the Gulf and Syria, win exclusive dealerships for merchants who want to carry a European brand, and take European makers into markets they have never sold into. In Arabic, English, German and Portuguese.
Arabic, English, German or Portuguese. Sunday to Friday.

Why now
The corridor is open, and it is moving.
Two things happened at once. Gulf buyers began industrialising their supply chains and started asking for European specification rather than European branding. And Syria reopened to trade after fourteen years. Most of the European manufacturers who should be selling into both markets still have no one on the ground in either.

Syria is the sharper number. EU–Syria trade grew by roughly 50% in 2025, to €557 million — from a base of almost nothing, which is exactly the point. The Syrian Investment Law now permits 100% foreign ownership under Decree 114/2025, and the IMF projects double-digit growth for 2026. Sources: DG Trade; Syrian Investment Authority; IMF.
Compliance note. Targeted EU and US sanctions remain in force against named individuals and entities, and export controls still apply to certain goods. We screen every counterparty against the EU consolidated list and the OFAC SDN list, and we structure each transaction for full compliance.
What we do
Three ways we work the corridor.
Whichever direction you are travelling in, one team handles the whole file: the search, the verification, the negotiation, the certificates and the container.
For buyers in the Gulf and Syria
EU Sourcing & Procurement
You tell us what you need to buy. We find the European manufacturers who can actually make it, verify them properly, negotiate on your side of the table, manage SASO, SABER, G-Mark and ECAS certification, and stay on the file until the goods are in your warehouse.
You do not want to buy from the brand. You want to be the brand's official distributor in your territory. We map the European manufacturers open to appointing one, approach them in their own language, and negotiate the agreement: territory, exclusivity, minimums, term.
You make something the Gulf needs and you have no one in the region. We assess the corridor honestly, find and vet distributors in Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar and Syria, map the conformity path, and represent you in Arabic through to a signed agreement.
We write down what you actually need — specification, HS code, volumes, landed cost, deadline — and send it back to you before anything else happens.
02
Shortlist & verification
Registry extracts, financial standing, references we call ourselves, and a factory visit where the order size justifies one.
03
Negotiation & agreement
RFQs in the supplier's language, offers normalised so you compare like with like, then LOI to signed contract under Incoterms 2020.
04
Compliance & logistics
SABER and SASO, G-Mark, ECAS, SFDA, halal where it applies. Certificate of origin, customs file, dual-use and sanctions screening, freight booked.
05
Delivery & after-sales
Clearance, delivery, commissioning, and the part most agents skip: warranty claims, spare parts and the second order.

How we hold ourselves
We represent one side of the table.
An agent who takes a fee from you and a rebate from your supplier is not your agent. Our fee comes from you, so our advice belongs to you — and we will put that in writing for any engagement.
One side of the table
No hidden supplier-side commissions, no rebates, no “marketing contributions” from the factory. Written declaration on request.
Four working languages
Arabic, English, German and Portuguese, inside the team. Nothing is handed to a translation agency and nothing reaches you as a summary of a summary.
Six-day coverage
The Gulf working week runs Sunday to Thursday, the European week Monday to Friday. With people in both regions, we cover Sunday through Friday.
One message is enough. Describe the product, the market and the deadline. We answer within one business day — and if the deal does not work, we will tell you that first, not on the fourth call.
